LITTLE ARTY JOURNEYS . . . LOOKING CLOSER, SEEING DEEPER.

Tuesday morning walk in November sunshine (Coombe Wood)

Another beautiful November morning...

 By the pond.

 Around the corner.

Little footprints.

The acer at the top of the steps - leaves almost all on the ground underneath.

Mainly winged seeds left now.

Golden rain tree pods in the sun.

The gardener was clearing leaves from the grass with the leaf blower.

The gardener and I went over to look at the little acer nearby, which was beautifully lit up by the sun.

Callicarpa berries - deep purple pearls so visible now there are barely any leaves left.

Into the wooded area. Foliage thinning letting more light in.

The taller orangey acer hasn't got many leaves left on it now whereas the red one underneath has barely lost any.

Looking at the dark red one - fallen orange leaves resting on the red ones

I got really carried away looking through the red leaves from underneath. I love the overlapping layers and the shadows.

Winged seeds and a few leaves on the taller acer.

On the path.

Orangey acer from underneath.

Thinning trees against the blue sky.

Shadows through a golden leaf.

Fiery red acer laden with winged seeds.

Spndleberries.

Poke berries

The big beech tree.

Beech leaves.

A few leaves dangling and waving in the light breeze.

Liquid Amber Tree - the amber colour does seem to be trickling down the tree from the top.

Lovely miniature splashes of colour.

Grapes.

Hops.

 Back to the pond.

Rich autumnal colours changing as the light changes.

Thank you very much for joining me.
