Arty journeys...

LITTLE ARTY JOURNEYS . . . LOOKING CLOSER, SEEING DEEPER.

Snowdrops and reflections - morning walk (Coombe Wood)

The bedding plants are filling out - not much soil visible now.

Reflection of number 30 gave my brain a little bit of exercise - back to front and upside down so it looks the right way round.

Loved the sunlit willow twig reflections against the reflection of the shaded tree trunk.

Figs.

Just a few leaves clinging to the liquid amber tree (branches on left). Masses of magnolia bus (right foreground)

Showers of tiny buds

Snowdrops.

I wonder how many people notice these hiding under all this twiggy growth.

A drift of sunlit dead ferns - amazing how the sun shows up all the colour - in the shade these just look dried up and dull,

More snowdrops.

Camellia.

Witch hazel.

Tiny white flowers.

Bare trees against fast moving fluffy clouds and patches of blue.

Little pink flowers.

Clouds bubbling across the sky.

Little patch of snowdrops.

The wind dropped briefly and the pond was very still for a short while.

Thank you very much for joining me.

  1. I love the reflection of the road sign; and the snowdrops - I definitely think I'd have missed the ones in amongst all those twigs.
