Walking in the garden

A couple of short walks in the garden because I'm still supposed to be resting my foot.

The sun was shining on the berries and leaves first thing.

Moss looking luminous in the sunlight.

Bronze and gold leaves against blue sky.

The mushrooms are growing fast and the spiders are still decorating them with silvery threads.

Golden beech tree.

Remains of the Russian Vine.

This circle of leaves changes throughout the day as the sun moves around or disappears behind the clouds. When it's lit up by sunlight it reminds me of a laurel crown (a symbol of victory in Ancient Greek and Roman times) or a nest (a protected place for taking care of young).

Silver birch leaves.

Some of the red leaves that have fallen down have temporarily settled on the shrub underneath.

 Ribbed beech leaves.

Upside down mushroom.

Silver birch.

Thank you very much for joining me.
