Arty journeys...

LITTLE ARTY JOURNEYS . . . LOOKING CLOSER, SEEING DEEPER.

Project updates

The arty things I'm working on can't be big projects, they have to be things that I can do a bit here and there. Walking and taking photos works well for me - it's the sitting down things that are more of a challenge.  I need to be able to change position and move around and do different things so I don't get too stiff and uncomfortable.  Sight problems make it extra challenging.

These two projects are working well for me because they're small and I can do a little bit at a time.

SPRING BOOK

My Spring book has pictures at last. I thought I'd better hurry up because I'll soon be wanting to work on the Summer book.
Deciding which photos, out of the hundreds, took quite a while.  I printed the photos on transfer paper and transferred them onto mulberry paper, trimmed them to size and stuck them into the Spring book. I'm considering adding some more pages and I think I might make a padded cover.

DAILY DRAWINGS FOR MAY

I'm still enjoying doing the daily drawings - I've been doing this for 5 months and 6 days now. I sometimes struggle to find something different to draw (I notice there are three slightly different views of scissors this month) - but maybe that doesn't matter.

Thank you very much for joining me.

  1. I love your Spring Book Angela, and I'll look forward to seeing it properly soon. Such a lovely way to display a few of your glorious photos.
